• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll processing end-to-end for multi-state population.
• Review payroll data, audits, and reports to identify discrepancies and improve processes.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to streamline payroll operations and reporting.
• Support compensation activities, including bonuses and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and internal controls across jurisdictions.
• Serve as a resource for payroll-related inquiries with professionalism.
