FormFactor, Inc. is seeking a Lead Payroll Specialist to oversee accurate multi-state U.S. payroll processing and related activities. The role combines tax compliance, equity compensation handling, and expatriate payroll administration with a remote-first approach and occasional Beaverton office visits.

The Lead Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state U.S. payroll and related payroll activities under general supervision. This position supports payroll compliance, reporting, equity compensation transactions, expatriate payroll administration, and employee payroll inquiries while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, company policies, and internal controls. Most work will be performed remotely; however, the expectation is that the specialist will be in the Beaverton office one day a week for two weeks out of the month.
Minimum of 2–5 years of payroll processing experience. Experience processing multi-state payroll required. ADP WFN payroll software experience required. UKG Pro experience preferred. Experience supporting expatriate payroll administration preferred. Experience processing or supporting RSU and ESPP payroll transactions preferred. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
Required Pay Range: $21.90 - $28.77
This role in Portland, Oregon pays between $21.90 and $28.77 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
