Job summary

The role requires a senior leader with extensive experience in reimbursement policy, PI products, and program development, capable of steering large cross‑divisional projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in reimbursement policy or related strategic roles.
• Direct health plan experience with policy, reimbursement and/or PI concepts.
• Experience with business case development and financial analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Payment Integrity operations and program redesigns.
• Develop PI strategy, establish KPIs, and track performance for leadership.
• Lead reimbursement policy governance and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Work with finance and actuarial teams to model financial outcomes.
• Coordinate governance committees and external partnerships.
