FINBOA Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and market success of our Payment Disputes portfolio.

You will translate customer needs, regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitive insights into solutions that strengthen FINBOA’s leadership in dispute management and financial operations automation. You will partner with Engineering, Client Experience, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Product Marketing throughout the product

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, banking technology, payments, fraud, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to own strategic roadmaps and drive initiatives from concept through launch.
• Strong experience writing BRDs/FRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the strategic roadmap for FINBOA’s Payment Disputes portfolio.
• Translate needs into BRDs/FRDs, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with Engineering.
• Conduct customer, prospect, and stakeholder discovery to identify opportunities.
• Define metrics for adoption, utilization, retention, and satisfaction.
• Lead customer advisory sessions, beta programs, and feedback initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, pricing input, and launches.
• Work with Support to address recurring issues through product improvements.
• Develop business cases for new products and major enhancements.
• Support sales opportunities, demonstrations, and RFP responses.
• Validate functionality and support release readiness.
