Job summary
FINBOA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and market success of our workflow automation and AI-enabled treasury solutions. You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Consulting, and customers to translate operational needs into scalable products.

Qualifications
- Five or more years of product management experience in SaaS/fintech or banking tech.
- Experience owning strategic roadmaps for technically complex products.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation and operational efficiency.
- Experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with AI-enabled products and banking ops is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and roadmap for FINBOA’s workflow automation, treasury onboarding, intelligent intake, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Translate customer and market needs into business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog with Engineering.
- Lead customer feedback programs and product validation sessions.
- Define and monitor product adoption and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Partner with Product Marketing on positioning and go-to-market planning.
- Support Sales with strategic opportunities and RFP responses.
- Validate delivered functionality and product-launch readiness.
