  • Work with Client Experience and Support to address recurring customer issues through product improvements.
  • Develop business cases for new products and major enhancements.
  • Support strategic sales opportunities, demonstrations, and RFP responses.
  • Validate delivered functionality and support acceptance testing and release readiness.
What You’ll Bring
  • Eight or more years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, banking technology, payments, fraud, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success owning strategic product roadmaps and leading initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Strong experience developing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • The ability to influence both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  • Experience with disputes, chargebacks, fraud, card operations, Regulation E, Regulation Z, or financial operations workflows is strongly preferred.
