EZPawn in Henderson, NV is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) to lead customer service, promote sales, and manage a busy pawn shop environment.

You will train and coach team members, oversee loan processing and store procedures, and work toward higher roles through our career-path programs, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
