In addition, this position maintains leadership responsibility to coordinate the work schedule, staffing ratios, oversees daily operations of transport team, team performance, and schedules time off and replacements. **Position Responsibilities:** • Transport patients to and from diagnostic testing. Includes appropriate patient identification, patient comfort, and providing patient information. • Oversees daily operations of patient transport team. • Controls staffing ratios, schedules staff time off and replacements. • Coordinates patient transport schedules. • Coordinates diagnostic testing in all departments with other transporters related to patient schedules. • Clean stretchers and wheelchairs between patients. **Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:** 1 year leadership, patient interaction, and customer service experience.
