Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in the medical claims or billing industry.
• Minimum 2 years of direct experience in contact center workforce administration support.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in training, facilitation, or workshop development.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key stakeholder for Workforce Management tools and assist with forecasting agent schedules and specialty shift assignments.
• Analyze departmental processes, quality metrics, and operational trends to identify call drivers and recommend solutions.
• Design and update training workshops based on QA evaluations, nesting feedback, KPI metrics, and abandonment data.
• Incorporate AI workflows and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain floor presence and lead projects related to client escalations and daily workflow support.
• Collaborate with leadership and offshore partners to share performance trends.
