Qualifications

• BA/BS in the biological sciences or related discipline in the natural sciences/health care field (e.g. RN)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database applications), email, and internet
• Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with study-specific functional area leads and solution partners to identify issues affecting patient enrollment
• Compile and interpret data to support sound business decisions and document agreed solutions
• Apply knowledge of healthcare landscapes, patient recruitment solutions, and global patient recruitment strategies
• Support development of mitigation strategies
• Lead development, preparation, approval, and distribution of integrated recruitment and retention tactics
• Define and lead community outreach activities, including advocacy group liaison and local chapter events
• Orchestrate integrated solution partner operations, meetings, progress tracking, risk reporting, and efficiency improvements
• Act as quality-control gatekeeper for assigned studies
• Develop or review Participant Engagement Plans and oversee subsequent updates
• Oversee translation, printing, distribution, inventory management, and destruction of recruitment and retention materials
• Lead discussions with sponsors and internal teams on solution performance and enrollment strategies
• Serve as the main point of contact for R&R Operations Project Management and provide client updates and fiscal information
• Manage contracted budgets and timelines, document scope changes, and support change orders
• Select, qualify, contract, and manage solution partners and resolve vendor issues
• Ensure deliverables, projections, reports, updates, risk assessments, and mitigations meet customer expectations
• Contribute to business development opportunities and departmental growth
• Mentor junior staff and provide project-management oversight
• Lead or participate in Inclusion & Access Department change initiatives
