Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a Patient Coordinator for our Jacksonville-area clinics. This full-time role oversees front-desk operations, checks in patients, schedules appointments, verifies benefits, and facilitates communication between therapists and patients.

You will train other coordinators, work at the St. Augustine location with occasional travel to other sites, contributing to a friendly, organized clinic environment in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Healthcare or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and scheduling systems is a plus.

Patient Coordinator | Full-Time | Pediatrics

At Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health company, we know that excellent patient care starts at the front desk. As a Patient Coordinator, you are the first point of contact and the welcoming face of our outpatient clinics. Your role is critical to creating a positive, efficient, and supportive experience for patients and their families.

The lead role is responsible for the administrative compliance and Patient Coordinator support to the Jacksonville area. Training and directing other Pcs in person and virtually will be required. This role will also require operating at the St Augustine Great Strides Rehabilitation location with occasional travel to the other Great Strides locations. This role works closely with the Regional Administrative Manager to ensure personal, professional, and company goals are met.

Patient Coordinators are responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling, check-ins, insurance verification, and communication with clinical teams. If you’re detail-oriented, personable, and passionate about healthcare, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting.

Your Role:

• Compensation: $18.50- $19.50 per hour
