Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that is patient- and family-centered in alignment with best practice and professional nursing standards.
• Coordinate care based on nurse expertise, patient acuity, and clinical needs.
• Maintain a therapeutic environment and ensure patient safety and exemplary patient experience.
• Participate in staff meetings, nursing research, and continuous professional development.
