Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Five years of acute care nursing experience if not accredited.
• BSN preferred or required within five years from hire.
• Area-specific education may be obtained upon hire (ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care aligned with the ANA Code of Ethics and Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinate care across units including ED, ICU, and obstetrics as needed.
• Lead and participate in staffing, education, and evidence-based practice.
• Ensure patient safety and exceptional customer experience through effective communication.
• Participate in nursing research and professional development.
