Job summary

Hendricks Regional Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide patient- and family-centered care on a 3rd shift in Indiana. The role emphasizes nursing standards, evidence-based practice, and collaborative leadership across acute care units.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing; or five years of acute care nursing experience if not accredited.
• BSN preferred or required within five years from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that is patient- and family-centered in alignment with professional nursing standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and collaboration in a unit with multiple acute care departments.
• Participate in staffing decisions, resource management and patient safety initiatives.
• Support patient and family education and advocacy to enhance patient experience and outcomes.
