Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred or enrolled/completed within five years of hire; MSN considered.
• Current Indiana RN licensure and ongoing education as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in alignment with ANA Code of Ethics and professional standards.
• Assign patient care based on acuity and staff availability to maintain quality care.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in staff meetings, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.
