Qualifications

• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Patient care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs, support mobility and comfort, check vitals and monitor telemetry as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and relay updates to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection prevention practices and ensuring supplies.
• Respond to patient needs with regular rounding and compassionate communication.
• Train new team members and share policy/quality updates.
