HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Lead Patient Care Tech for the 5th Floor MedSurg Transition of Care Unit. This night-shift role (7pm–7am) supports the nursing team, delivers hands-on patient care, assists with procedures, and mentors newer staff.
You will perform ADL assistance, monitor telemetry, document care, maintain a safe environment, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. SC CNA license preferred, BLS required, and experience is valued.

This position is for the Night shift which is 7pm to 7am with rotating weekends.
As a Lead Patient Care Tech, you’ll be an integral part of the nursing team, delivering compassionate care that impacts patients’ lives every day. You’ll provide hands-on patient care, assist with advanced procedures, and help guide and mentor and support the growth of new and experienced patient care tech staff.
