Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator.
• Podiatry or Orthopedic clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous experience working in an EMR – preferably athenahealth EMR.
• Effective communicator with excellent grammar and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and professional demeanor with each interaction.
• Proven team leader with stable work history.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic with a range of clinical and administrative tasks.
• Oversee patient enrollment and engagement in collaboration with care team.
• Staff the clinics and coordinate daily coverage with regional teams.
• Recruit and hire non-provider clinical staff; manage performance and onboarding.
• Monitor clinic KPIs—clinical, operational, and financial—alongside Regional Manager.
• Facilitate daily clinic huddles and ensure scheduling cadence for high-risk patients.
• Maintain a positive clinic culture and trust within the team.
• Support regional leadership with corporate initiatives in the clinic.
