Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily lab operations and staff, ensuring quality control and adherence to standard procedures. The role focuses on efficient testing, maintenance of analyzers, and process improvements within the laboratory section.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field, 3 years of clinical lab experience, and MT/MLS certification by ASCP/AMT/AAB. Hospital environment experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university in Medical Technology or a closely related field is Required.
• 3 years of clinical experience preferably in an acute care hospital setting.
• Certification as MT/MLS by ASCP/AMT/AAB required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct supervision of daily laboratory operations and personnel.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards and procedures.
• Oversee specimen collection, maintenance of supplies, and analyzer maintenance.
