Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in West Virginia is seeking a Pastry Chef for Stonewall Resort to lead high-volume pastry production, menu development, and a hands-on culinary team. The role requires creativity, motivation, and strong leadership in a busy kitchen.

The Pastry Chef will oversee daily pastry production, maintain quality, safety, and cost controls, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menus and events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of pastry experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Apprenticeship or Culinary School preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production of pastry goods.
• Maintain a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance.
• Produce accurate quantities of food following recipes.
• Train and lead Pastry employees in preparation and presentation.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menus and productions.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and sanitation.
