Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead our dessert program across its 30+ locations. You will craft desserts that fit each concept and locale and mentor pastry cooks in a collaborative kitchen.

You’ll ensure recipe accuracy, food safety, and a positive team culture while partnering with the Executive Chef to push creativity and quality in every service. This is a hands-on, leadership role in a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pastry chef.
• 3+ years in a pastry kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative with problem-solving.
• Strong leadership and communication.
• Knowledge of food prep, sanitation and baking.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Craft a dessert menu aligned with concept and locale.
• Create and enforce detailed recipe cards for consistency.
• Mentor pastry cooks to grow.
• Communicate with other chefs on menu updates.
