Responsibilities

• Supervise team to ensure safety, on-time production and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules and ship dates to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain WIP inventory and control manufacturing costs.
• Develop reports, logs and documentation and ensure timely availability.
• Approve payroll time punches and manage attendance for direct reports.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Quality/Customer Service/Engineering to support operations.
