Job summary

Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson, a RideNow subsidiary, seeks a parts manager to lead the dealership’s Parts Department. The role combines leadership, sales leadership, and inventory control for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft parts.

Expect to drive revenue through pricing, planning, and team performance. You’ll coordinate with service, track margins, and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals.
• Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lightspeed preferred).
• Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts and servicing for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Drive revenue through inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability.
• Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.
• Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.
• Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
• Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience
