Job summary

RideNow Powersports-Tallahassee is seeking a Parts Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver top-tier customer service while achieving sales goals. You will oversee inventory planning, pricing, and coordination with service; knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, and dealer systems like CDK/Lightspeed preferred; on-site, full-time.

The role offers commission-based pay and comprehensive benefits, with a focus on optimizing inventory and profitability across the department.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (dealership preferred).
• Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage sales teams to achieve sales goals.
• Deep understanding of parts inventory systems and dealer management tools (CDK and/or Lightspeed preferred).
• Exceptional sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of parts and servicing for motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing parts team focused on delivering superior customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Drive revenue through effective inventory planning, pricing strategies, and team sales performance.
• Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets; monitor gross margins and departmental profitability. Optimize inventory levels to balance availability and cost-efficiency, in coordination with the General Manager.
• Partner with the service department to ensure technician needs are met quickly and efficiently.
• Stay up to date on the latest parts, accessories, and powersports industry trends.
• Collaborate with other department heads to streamline communication and maximize the overall dealership experience
