Brewster/EasCare Ambulance seeks a Field Supervisor to lead a Quincy-based team, while potentially practicing as a Paramedic. You’ll manage on-shift operations, ensure readiness of stations, vehicles, and personnel, and maintain compliance with regulations.

The role emphasizes real-time coaching, incident command for significant events, and seamless coordination with the Command Center to move resources efficiently.

Competenze

• Current Massachusetts certification as a Paramedic with level dependent on division assignment.
• Minimum two years of experience at the certified level; supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• ICS 100, ICS 200, ICS 700 and ICS 800 certifications or completion within first ninety days.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.

• Monitors and achieves operational metrics for the assigned area, addressing gaps rather than only reporting them.
• Assesses daily staffing needs and coordinates with Scheduling and Deployment and the Command Center.
• Ensures equipment and disposables meet compliance and patient care needs.
• Maintain Brewster standards for time, attendance, appearance, and behavioral competencies.
• Responds to significant incidents, maintains initial command until relieved, and updates leadership on evolving events.
• Supervises team members, coaches in the moment, and ensures documentation and reporting are complete.
