Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be NR Paramedic certified and licensed as a State Paramedic
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certification or ability to obtain within 10 days
• Strong communication and leadership in fast‑paced EMS settings
• Experience with interfacility transport and patient care reporting
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug test and background check

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced life support during interfacility transports.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to EMT crew members.
• Communicate effectively with patients, dispatch, and hospital staff.
• Maintain patient care reports prior to shift completion.
• Ensure vehicle/equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Remain current on state protocols and complete refresher courses.
