Responsibilities

• Oversee ~12 paralegals and legal assistants; act as functional manager.
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards across teams.
• Own development and monitoring of KPIs to drive performance.
• Manage onboarding and training materials, including Trainual content.
• Lead change initiatives to improve processes and strengthen accountability.
