Qualifications

• Significant experience in a paralegal role within litigation environments, particularly personal injury.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and QA in a legal setting.
• Experience driving process improvements and change initiatives in a legal practice.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Attorney-background and transition to management is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ~12 paralegals and legal assistants; act as functional manager and partner with attorneys on performance issues.
• Perform routine quality assurance checks to ensure litigation guidelines and procedures are followed.
• Establish and maintain consistent operational standards across all litigation teams.
• Lead the development and monitoring of KPIs to drive team performance.
• Manage onboarding and training materials, including Trainual content updates.
• Introduce process improvements to strengthen collaboration and accountability.
