Spray-Net Birmingham is seeking a hands-on Painting Supervisor to lead a crew on jobs in Alabama. You’ll ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, uphold Spray-Net standards, and coach a team of up to six installers on-site.

The role requires 2+ years painting experience, a valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and a proactive, customer‑facing mindset. Benefits include a company vehicle, uniforms, IPad, cell plan, and performance-based bonuses.
