Job summary

MLavoie Architectural Coatings, a premium residential painting company serving high-end builders in Portland, ME, is seeking a Lead Painter/Site Foreman to lead on interior and exterior projects for custom homes.

You will run day-to-day operations, mentor a crew of painters, and coordinate with builders and clients to ensure finishes meet our high standards and are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years residential painting experience with leadership/foreman experience.
• Strong knowledge of prep work, spray/brush/roll application, and high-end finishes.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Professional, detail-oriented, able to represent us on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations on job sites - scheduling, quality control, material staging.
