Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience
Strong field knowledge in prep, production, and finish work
Ability to lead by example and take ownership of results
Strong communication and follow-through
Professional attitude and reliability

Able to work independently and make sound decisions on the job
Comfortable with jobsite leadership and managing workflow
Reliable transportation required
Valid driver’s license preferred
Crew leadership, estimating awareness, or project coordination experience is a strong plus
