Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a supervisory painting role.
• Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, tools and materials.
• Expertise in stain color matching and specialty coatings.
• Must have driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to read blueprints.
• Must have own work tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily painting operations and manage a team of painters.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Prepare surfaces, priming, finishing, and site assessments.
• Train and mentor team members on safety and best practices.
• Communicate with clients to understand vision and provide updates.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
• Enforce safety guidelines and promote a safe workplace.
• Assist in estimating project costs and timelines for bids.
