Job summary

Crandall Painting & Stucco in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Lead Painter/Foreman-in-Training for residential painting. You will join a stable, award-winning team serving North Scottsdale, Carefree and Paradise Valley.

This W-2 role offers full-time hours, $27-30/hour DOE plus monthly bonus after probation, a company vehicle, gas allowance and benefits including medical, dental and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential painting experience.
• At least 2 years of manager/foreman experience.
• Excellent airless spray skills for exterior stucco, doors, trim.
• Strong masking and site protection skills.
• Able to direct/train other helpers and painters.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobs and supervise helpers on residential sites.
• Deliver top-tier, detailed finishes with attention to prep and surfaces.
• Protect work areas and ensure safety at all times.

Compensation

Position offers:

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of residential painting experience and at least 2 years of manager/foreman experience.


• Excellent airless spray skills required - exterior stucco, doors, trim, woodwork, etc.


• Strong masking and job site protection skills.


• Brush and roll experience.


• Comfortable with prep, stucco repairs, drywall repairs, and wood repairs.


• Able to direct/train other helpers and painters.


• Reliable, punctual and productive.


• Clean, professional appearance around high-end homeowners.


• Valid driver's license and good driving record.


• Opportunity to advance into a Foreman position based on performance.


• Takes pride in delivering top-tier, detailed work. Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all painting tasks.


• Possess excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and address their needs professionally.


• Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week and some Saturdays as required.
