Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential repainting experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or crew management.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and work at heights (up to 40 ft).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in the Portland, Oregon metro area.
• Smartphone with data plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small painting crew on interior and exterior residential repaint projects, coordinating daily workflow and ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Maintain client communication and uphold high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Track progress, document results, and wrap up projects with homeowners and final billing.
