Job summary

Pearl Painters seeks a Lead Painter - Crew Leader to guide a small interior/exterior residential crew, ensuring quality and on-time completion of projects. You will manage workflow, budgets, and client communication while upholding our standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on residential repainting experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or crew management.
• Ability to climb ladders, lift materials, and work at heights (up to 40 ft).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in the Portland, Oregon metro area.
• Smartphone with data plan.

• Starting pay: $27–$28/hr
• After one year, earn up to $35/hr, based on hitting clear performance benchmarks

You'll coordinate the daily workflow, ensure timelines and budgets are met, maintain client communication, and uphold our high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. You'll track progress, document results, and wrap up projects with satisfied homeowners and smooth final billing.
