The ideal candidate has strong painting experience, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to direct others on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience performing interior and exterior painting (residential).
• Previous leadership or day-to-day direction to painters or crew members preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional interior and exterior painting on residential structures.
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of painters and crew members.
• Prepare surfaces and apply coatings based on project requirements.
• Plan daily work assignments and communicate priorities to crew members.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure quality workmanship.
