Atwork is seeking a Paint Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing paint line. The role requires strong leadership to manage team performance, ensure schedules are met, and maintain a safe, efficient work area.

You will monitor paint line processes from preparation to curing, ensure quality standards, train staff on procedures, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. Previous supervisory experience in painting or powder coating is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with a paint line, industrial painting, powder coating, or similar manufacturing process preferred.
  • Strong understanding of production and quality-control procedures.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, specifications, and production schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of employees working on the paint line.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure products are completed accurately and on time.
  • Oversee paint line operations, including preparation, painting, curing, and quality inspection.
  • Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.

  • Monitor paint usage, materials, equipment, and inventory.

  • Track production, quality, attendance, and other department-related information.
  • Work closely with maintenance and management to minimize downtime and improve production efficiency.
