Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for the Hanover, PA facility on 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am). This full-time role reports to the Packing Room Supervisor and offers a stable, permanent position with overtime on Saturdays as needed.

You will operate packing room machines, monitor quality, and prepare materials for the next order, with a pay rate of $26.75 per hour including shift differential. Candidates should be able to follow documents, communicate clearly, and work weekends as

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions/process documents and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or production operations is desirable.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all packing room machines to meet production standards and efficiency.
• Review production sheets to anticipate changeovers and prepare materials for next orders.
• Monitor weights, inspect product for defects, and maintain bag waste limits.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
