ExecuSource is seeking a Packaging Specifications Manager in Smithfield, VA to lead packaging specification processes, data governance, and compliance across engineering, operations, quality, sales, and customer teams.

The role requires directing packaging specifications and data management, ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory requirements, and driving plant trials, commercialization, and staff guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in packaging engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• 2+ years of team leadership, development, or project leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain packaging specifications, data, and related systems.
• Ensure packaging meets customer, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
• Partner cross-functionally on packaging development, plant trials, and commercialization.
• Lead projects and provide guidance to packaging specification staff.
