Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in brand and packaging design.
• Experience in skincare/beauty branding preferred.
• Expert typography skills for regulatory and packaging text.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end from concept to final production.

Responsibilities

• Own brand and packaging design projects from concept to production.
• Apply typography to ensure regulatory and marketing copy clarity.
• Solve design challenges like limited packaging space and text layouts.
• Develop and refine layouts with brand guideline consistency.
• Create comps and renderings for marketing decks; update text on imagery.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations; clarify requirements.
• Manage production-ready design files and print specifications.
• Adapt quickly to ambiguous project requirements.
