Job summary

Cresco Labs is hiring for a production-focused role in Fall River, MA. The position involves leading a small team, training junior staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will measure, package, label, and test products, follow delivery PWOs, and collaborate with management to optimize operations. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and adapting to shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards.

• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm

CORE JOB DUTIES
