Job summary

Sunnyside, a Cresco Labs company, is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing tasks in our Ohio facility. You will lead a team, ensure quality, and manage PWOs, packaging, labeling, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a factory or production environment with measurable goals and working standards.
• Must have at least 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires preferred.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
• Exposure to plant material; potential pollen/dust exposure.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions for long periods.

Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 12:30am

CORE JOB DUTIES

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
