UPS is seeking a supervisor to train and oversee Package Handlers and Clerks at our Indiana facility. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and accountability for attendance and timecard submission.

The position involves coordinating evaluations, leading group meetings, and ensuring daily warehouse operations run smoothly and safely. A Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is preferred, with management experience favored.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of lifting up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Ability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Coordinates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Oversees daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure safety and timeliness.
