Job summary

OnTrac in Desoto, TX is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages. You will work with Area and Operations Managers to train new hires and help meet performance metrics.

The role requires at least 1 year of industry experience and leadership experience, with the ability to lift 25–35 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs occasionally using a pallet jack. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead

This position plays a crucial role in overseeing the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. Our Package Handler Leads are the ultimate team players. They work closely with Area and Operations Managers to train new hires, support business metrics, and uphold company values.

Location: 802 E Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX, 75115
Pay:$20 per hour.
Shift: Thursday - Saturday from 3:30 PM - 12:30AM.Hours are subject to change based on the needs of the business.

The Must-Haves:

Monitor equipment functionality, submit maintenance requests, and manage damaged freight according to company procedures.

Check in/out third-party drivers, verify credentials, and ensure proper documentation and manifest accuracy.
