Job summary

OnTrac in Desoto, TX is seeking reliable Package Handlers to join our growing operations. You will participate in unloading trailers, sorting packages by zip codes, and loading trucks for deliveries in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This role requires standing for long periods, the ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and being at least 18 years old. We offer competitive hourly pay, a 401(k) plan with company match, and holiday premium pay as part of our benefits.

Shift hours

10:00AM-3PM, 3:30PM-2AM, 9PM-2AM

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
