Job summary

The Boca Raton seeks an Outside Operations Supervisor responsible for leading the daily execution of all outside golf operations and delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

You will oversee the Outside Services teams, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation across the golf operation while promoting teamwork, accountability, and The Boca Raton's luxury hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in golf operations or luxury hospitality
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Outside Services operations, including cart staging, bag room, driving range, first tee, and practice facilities.
• Lead, coach, schedule, and motivate Outside Operations staff to deliver member and guest experiences.
• Ensure golf carts are cleaned, charged, stocked, staged, and maintained to resort standards.
• Coordinate daily staffing assignments for efficient coverage and flow.
• Monitor pace of play and coordinate with Starter/Player Assistant and Golf Shop for a seamless experience.
• Train new team members and reinforce service, safety, and operating standards.
