Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Outpatient Center Manager at our Columbus, OH location. You will lead a team of therapists and assistants, oversee patient care, and drive center growth while maintaining exceptional service and outcomes.

The role requires 2 years of outpatient experience, a valid state license, CPR certification, and leadership experience or training. Schedule is weekdays; baseCompensation includes a lucrative salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start.
• CPR Certification required.
• 2 years of Outpatient experience required.
• Leadership training or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage NovaCare Rehabilitation's outpatient center and therapy team.
• Oversee patient care experiences and outcomes to maximize function.
• Develop and maintain physician relationships and patient portfolios.
• Expand and develop the PT/PTA team and center operations.
• Partner with physicians, employers and payors to achieve optimal outcomes.
