Job summary

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital seeks a Clinical Quality Coordinator to ensure high-quality, patient-centered nursing care during shifts within the ICU/departments. You will monitor and evaluate nursing activities, serve as a staff resource, and support leadership in delivering quality outcomes.

Requirements include Florida RN licensure, ADN or RN Diploma, and BLS/ACLS/ENPC/NRP/PALS within designated timelines; 1 year of experience and no travel required.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
• BLS (AHA) within 30 days of employment
• ACLS within 60 days of employment
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) with 6 months of employment
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) within 90 days of employment
• PALS within 90 days of employment
• No Travel Required
• 1 year of Experience

Responsibilities

• The Clin Quality Coordinator ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
• The Clinical Quality Coordinator directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures, serves as a resource person for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.
• This position provides operational support to the director and leadership to ICU personnel providing patient services with a focus on clinical competency and rendering of quality care.
