Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Required: valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: CDL-Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement.
• Preferred: pole test and treat experience or related work.
• Preferred: pesticide licenses and certificates as required by state law.
• Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist, ISA Certified Tree Worker, and/or TCIA Safety Professional.

Responsibilities

• Organize work operations from start to finish for safe, efficient maintenance of utility poles.
• Oversee 3-5-person pole crews and mentor new employees.
• Use PPE and maintain high safety standards.
• Investigate accidents and report findings to management.
• Maintain, prepare and operate tools/equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, lifts.
