Job summary

Motion Recruitment urgently seeks a Principal OT Product Security Architect to lead the security design of automation products for warehousing and distribution solutions. Based in Atlanta, GA, this hybrid role focuses on OT/ICS security, product security, and cloud-connected infrastructure.

You will guide architecture across hardware, software, robotics, and industrial networks, partnering with engineering, R&D, and security leadership to embed security from design through deployment and support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity/OT/ICS security or related fields.
• Experience designing/assessing OT cybersecurity architectures.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, EU Cyber Resilience Act.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain OT cybersecurity architecture for industrial products.
• Lead security architecture reviews across OT, software, controls, and cloud environments.
• Design secure network architectures including segmentation, DMZs, VPNs, and secure remote access.
• Embed secure-by-design and DevSecOps throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security architecture evaluations.
• Develop risk-based vulnerability remediation strategies balancing availability and safety.
• Support product certifications and customer security reviews.
• Mentor teams on secure architecture and OT cybersecurity best practices.
